What a delightful drink I had today for breakfast! This smoothie is a special way to enjoy the delicious taste and the numerous healthy benefits of a fresh honeydew melon.

Honeydew Melon supplies your body with potassium, vitamin C, copper, several B vitamins, and fiber. One cup of cubed honeydew contains half of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

Green Melon

The Ingredients to Blend:

Rolled Oats (soaked in coconut water), Almond Milk (vanilla flavour), Chia Seeds, Matcha Powder, Honeydew Melon, Vanilla Extract, Maple Syrup, Unsweetened Coconut Flakes, Coconut Milk

Optional: add banana and green grapes for some extra sweetness
