My first nutritious and delicious homemade no-bake energy bites ever! These little nutty guys turned out to be a perfect snack on the go. A healthy power treat disguised as a dessert. Ingredients:
ripe banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, goji berries, pine nuts, roasted almond nuts, roasted sunflower seeds, maple syrup, rolled oats, vanilla extract, chocolate almond milk. Mix/blend all the ingredients. It’s a good idea to add some whole or roughly chopped nuts and goji berries for extra crunchiness. Roll the sticky paste into rolled oats.
Refrigerate balls overnight and enjoy this energy boosting snack in the morning!
