Sometimes I just want to have a really no-frills healthy dinner, you know.. to quickly whip up a yummy smoothie, and just carry on doing my things. This was the case tonight, and that’s how this delicious smoothie was born:)
The Ingredients to blend:
1 Frozen Banana
1 Regular Ripe Banana (with dark spots preferably)
1 Big Orange
Some Vanilla Almond Milk (or just Almond Milk and Vanilla extract)
It’s simply Delicious!
