Ingredients to blend:
Rolled oats (pre-soaked in coconut water overnight), dark chocolate almond milk, ripe banana, a spoon of peanut butter and some cinnamon.
It’s yummy, satisfying, fills you up, great for digestion and weight loss. Healthy!
