Homemade detox water is excellent for your morning cleansing routine! It is a great way to boost your metabolism, keep you hydrated, rid your body of nasty toxic chemicals, and burn your fat. Fresh Raspberry, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon, Fresh Mint, Filtered Water. Add whole or previously muddled ingredients into a pitcher, pour water, give it just a light stir and allow them to sit in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight for optimal results.
