My Heathy Christmas Energy Balls Recipe, that I’m so super excited to share! I’m really into inventing healthy energy bites recipes now, especially after the first batch that I’ve made recently:) They turned to be sooo delicious, I simplycouldn’t get enough. So here I am, turning into a “energy ballz-o-holic” and greedily making mooore, experimenting with some new (for me) ingredients.
Ingredients to mash together for the Recipe Numero 1: Ripe Banana, Walnuts, Organic Raw Blue Agave Nectar (it’s a natural sweetener, 25% sweeter, yet healthier than sugar), Chia Seeds, Vanilla Extract, Cacao Powder, Matcha Powder, Desiccated Coconut Flakes
Ingredients to mash together for the Recipe Numero 2: Ripe Banana, Walnuts, Organic Raw Blue Agave Nectar, Chia Seeds, Vanilla Extract, Cacao Powder, Rolled Oats, Pine Nuts, Flaxseed Meal
Once mashed (I used a fork), roll into balls in coconut flakes or matcha powder, or cacao powder and refrigerate overnight.
