Try this deliciously healthy breakfast smoothie recipe! This smoothie is a great fuel for your body early in the morning! Matcha green tea will wake your brain up with a sunrise, give it clarity, focus and concentration, and provide an immediate refreshing boost to your energy levels. It’s a perfect healthy morning alternative to a coffee. The smoothie layers (bottom to top): – Natural Yogurt – Freshly cut Mango – Matcha Chia Pudding (Ingredients to mix and let sit for at least 20-30 minutes or overnight: chia, matcha green tea powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract) – Fresh Raspberries, with roasted almonds
