Kefir Based Liquid Salad Smoothie

IMG_8330 A kefir smoothie?! Yes please! 🙂 This light liquid salad smoothie complimented perfectly my salmon & brown rice dinner the other night. Kefir is definitely a star in this recipe! Over 70% of your immune system is housed in your digestive system, and kefir’s healthy bacteria aids kill the bad bacteria in it creating a healthier digestive system. It’s great addition to your weight loss diet, since it helps eliminate unhealthy food cravings.

Ingredients to blend: 

Kefir, Cucumber, Kale, Thyme, Lime juice (you can also substitute Kale with Broccoli, or add both, and throw in a clove of garlic).
