Skin-Plumping Smoothie

avocado-picSo I got my blender. Check. And now needed to prepare my first smoothie using it. I used a very simple old good recipe that I have known for a few years, it includes only three ingredients: almond milk, avocado, and a nutmeg.

This smoothie is great for your skin thanks to avocado being rich in Vitamin E and C and containing a high level of Omega-9 fatty acids that promote healthy skin. And it’s great to drink it in the morning to make you feel focused and efficient during the day. Nutmeg spice has been considered a brain tonic since ancient times.

As a result: your skin feels plump and soft, looks smooth and hydrated, and you feel energized and ready to embrace the challenges of the day!
